Refunds are handled by the vendor, not by us
This is the single most important thing on the page. finessa.firstbag.top does not sell Finessa, does not process payments and cannot issue a refund. Every refund is handled by ClickBank, the payment processor that holds your order record. Contact them directly.
The guarantee
Finessa is covered by a 180-day money-back guarantee running from the date of your original purchase. The guarantee applies to opened and empty bottles as well as unopened ones — you are not required to decide in the first week, which is the point of a window that long for a product the brand itself says should be judged over 60 to 90 days.
How to request a refund
- Find your order number. It is in the confirmation email you received at checkout. Check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox.
- Contact ClickBank customer support, or the vendor's support team. The address is in that same confirmation email and on the official ordering page.
- Ask for a return authorisation and the return address before you ship anything back. Sending bottles to an address you guessed at will not get you a refund.
- Return the bottles as instructed, including empties. Return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility.
- Wait for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received, typically within a handful of business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.
Points worth knowing
- The 180 days run from the purchase date, not the delivery date.
- Keep proof of postage. It is the only evidence you have that a return was sent.
- Bonus eBooks are digital and are generally yours to keep; they do not need to be returned.
- A refund covers the product price. Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
- Only purchases made through the official ordering page are covered. Bottles bought from a marketplace listing are not.
